Lord Hill 5Mile, 10Mile, 20Mile and 50K Trail Run at Lord Hill Park

Lord Hill Park has been a favorite for many trail runners in the Pacific Northwest as an early season trail run. Currently in its 8th year, this run starts and finishes at the south parking lot. Course distances available are 5 Mile, 10 Mile, 20 Mile and 50K. The courses will be well marked with streamers and arrows at intersections. I can do the bicycle portion of the upcoming duathlon at Ft Steilacoom 2/26/11
I can do the MTB portion of the race if someone wants a partner. I do the MTB portion on the Mountains to Sound which our team won three years straight for women and the Ski to Sea where we placed third in competitive women last year. Just need to know sooner rather than later since I will be doing Budu MTB race Sunday if not doing the duathlon Saturday. mmorrison@pugetsound.edu
